Your role is crucial in finding and connecting EU skilled talents for the meat, food, or production industry. With your passion for recruitment, you ensure a constant influx of new talents by effectively searching, recruiting, and selecting. You create attractive job descriptions and utilize various (international) channels for optimal visibility.
Your tasks include:
- Posting recruitment assignments through various channels;
- Conducting selection and intake interviews;
- Building and maintaining an accurate candidate database;
- Actively searching for and approaching candidates;
- Creating job profiles and compelling job descriptions.
